Victorian Terrace House Renovation
This heritage-listed home is part of a group of 16 Victorian houses that contribute to the historic character of Kensington Street. Due to its significance, the city enforced strict guidelines regarding exterior modifications to preserve the building's aesthetic features. The goal of the project was to enhance the house’s amenities and spatial quality while increasing its value, all within the contextual and regulatory constraints of the heritage area.
